**IMPORTANT WINTER WEATHER INFORMATION**

            As there are no guarantees as to when the parking lot will be plowed at the Groton Country Club, the following methods will be made available for confirming if there will be EXTREME DANCING during inclement weather:

1. Email – I will send out a group mailing after 3:00 p.m. with that evening’s information.

If I do not already have your email address please send it to me at wldmnlou@aol.com. 

2. Web Site – I will post a notice on the web site after 3:00 p.m. at www.extremedancing.com.

3. Cell Phone – #978-808-6967, call after 3:00 p.m. 

4. Home Phone - #978-453-0385, call after 3:00 p.m. for a recorded message.

5.   DO NOT call the Groton Country Club for any Extreme Dancing information – no exceptions!

** Please remember the following hall regulations **

*          Spring water and soda will be available for purchase.  Outside beverages may not be brought into the facility.

*          Outside shoes may not be worn on the dance floor.  Please bring your dance shoes with

you and change when you arrive.  Only proper dance shoes, sneakers, or other

appropriate soft soled footwear is allowed on the dance floor.  No boots or hard soled

shoes may be worn – no exceptions.
